Hello, beautiful souls of Her Living Garden 💚,
I want to take a moment to talk about something that’s been on my heart—the way we nurture our inner gardens. Just like a real garden, our inner world requires attention, patience, and care. Some days, it flourishes with ease. Other days, it feels like we’re pulling weeds, watering dry soil, and hoping that something beautiful will bloom.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about the seeds we plant within ourselves. Are we planting thoughts of self-love, resilience, and hope? Or are we unintentionally feeding weeds of self-doubt, fear, and comparison? 🌱
What’s Growing in Your Inner Garden Right Now?
Take a deep breath and reflect for a moment. What’s thriving in your life? What’s feeling neglected? Are there old narratives that need to be uprooted so that new growth can take place?
For me, I’ve been learning to replace self-doubt with trust. I’ve spent too much time questioning whether I’m enough, whether I belong, whether I’m capable. But the truth is, growth happens in the tending, not in the perfection.
So today, I choose to nurture the belief that I am worthy, capable, and growing—just as I am. What about you?
